ARBITRIUM is a word that comes from the Latin, with its translation into Spanish, according to the SPANISH ROYAL ACADEMY DICTIONARY being “ARBITRIO” (JUDGEMENT).” “Faculty of the Law which allows, for judges and authorities, the appreciation of circumstances or the moderation of their decisions”. When, in the year 2.003, it is decided to call this firm ARBITRIUM ADVOCATS,it is done with the particular intention of making the entire Spanish market aware that the principal premise of this law firm is to exhaust settlement channels to the utmost, seeking extrajudicial solutions which satisfy, insofar as is possible, the interests of both conflicting parties.
